The memorable evening will include a gala dinner followed by a remarkable program paying tribute to the Hearst family in recognition of their contributions to the world of aviation. Starting with William Randolph Hearst’s support of the early days of aviation in the 1900s, continuing with Will Hearst Jr. during the 1950s, through today with the preservation efforts of William R. Hearst III, we see a family tradition of supporting the history and development of the aviation industry. Proceeds from this year’s celebration will assist the Society in its mission to preserve the history of aviation through its support of the Louis A. Turpen Aviation Museum’s education programs, and the purchase of aviation artifacts and ephemera.
We hope that you take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to support SFAS and enjoy a dynamic, exclusive evening with prestigious aviation leaders.
