2010 – Reid Dennis, aviation enthusiast, began flying in 1963 and has well over 9000 hours in his logbook including 1700 hours in multi engine seaplanes. He was awarded the Achievement in Aviation Award for his dedication and support to preserving aviation history including his first long distance adventure in 1970 flying his unpressurized Cessna “Sky Knight” to Europe and in 1972 flying the same aircraft to Kuwait by way of Beirut and Damascus.
